All of our products are backed with a LIFETIME WARRANTY! If you ever have an issue with one of our products then let us know and we repair or replace it. We build our products to last a lifetime and if they don't, we fix or replace it.
If all the materials needed are all in stock then the goal is to have your order built and shipped in 3-5 days. We do our best to keep product availability up to date while you are selecting your order so you will be able to see if the product/color isn't in stock as well as when we expect to get it. We accept orders on products that are not in stock, and these orders will be manufactured as soon as the needed materials arrive. Decagon products are shipped using either First Class or Prority shipping from USPS. If you need your order expedited for some reason, please let us know during checkout and we will do our best to meet your deadlines.
We are happy to help you if your pants size has changed. Just reach out to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with further assistance on this. The cost is $25 and this includes the return shipping to you. The belt must be a Decagon Equipment belt, and we will re-use the buckle that you have from your current belt. You will need to return the current belt to us for us to begin, and you are responsible for that shipping cost.
We have a 30 day return policy on standard orders. We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase but if you are not, then contact us and we will be happy to assist you with returning the item. You are responsible for getting the item back to us within 30 days of the delivery date. The shipping cost to return the product is typically around $7 if you use USPS priority mail which also provides you a tracking number. Once we receive the return to ensure that there are no damages or parts missing, we will refund your money. All sales are final with custom orders.
